Our oenologist Mickael LAIZET, a member of the ROLLAND team gives us very precious advice and helps us give the best of our terroir.
In each of our appellations you can choose between two cuvées : either the special reserve, which is oak-aged , is very concentrated and requires some patience as it is worth keeping, or the second cuvée matured in concrete or stainless steel tanks w, which is both elegant and fruity and can immediately delight your palate.
Last but not least, our prestigious cuvée named l’Expression de BECHEREAU, is the fruit of a long and hard wine -making process as it is vinified in barrels. The fermenting process occurs in barrels.
We do our best to respect our terroir and delight your taste at the same time, to give you complete satisfaction whatever the characteristics of the vintage or the hazards of the climate.
